An author newsletter is a digital publication sent periodically by email. Unlike mass emails from large brands, these newsletters are created by journalists, writers or independent professionals who share unique editorial content with their audience. A sponsorship means a brand appears in these newsletters through an ad (such as a mention, a banner or a link), gaining access to a segmented and engaged community. It's an effective way to promote yourself in personalized media with high open rates.
Niusleters allows brands and creators to close sponsorship deals directly, without intermediaries or hidden commissions. The platform centralizes communication, negotiation, payment and billing in one place. Registration is free for both brands and newsletters. The brand pays a 10% commission on the agreed amount, and the newsletter pays a 5% commission when closing the sponsorship.
There is no limit to the number of brands you can manage in your Niusleters brand profile. The platform allows you to expand your network of newsletter collaborations without limits.
Yes, you can manage both newsletters and brands simultaneously in your Niusleters profile. This gives you the flexibility to explore and close deals from both perspectives.
In the self-service plan, you choose the budget and negotiate the price directly with each newsletter. On that amount, Niusleters charges a fixed 10% commission to the brand, which is applied automatically before payment. No hidden costs.
Niusleters offers an intuitive and efficient interface for managing collaborations between brands and newsletters from a single place. The platform centralizes communication, agreements, transactions and billing, simplifying administrative processes. In fact, as an agency you can manage not only brands to offer sponsorships, but also newsletters from these brands or content creators to seek collaboration deals.
Newsletters typically offer space for a variety of ads and sponsorships, including logos or banners, product mentions, reviews, and more. You can design as many ads as you need to reuse whenever you want, or create them specifically for a particular deal.
You can find newsletters related to your brand using the search and filtering features on the Niusleters platform. Explore different categories, topics and audiences to identify newsletters that align with your marketing goals.
At Niusleters we respect the privacy and security of the information you share with us. We will only share your contact and billing data if you reach an agreement with a newsletter so they can issue the invoice. The rest of the brand's public information (name, logo, areas...) will be what you choose to share to appear in the brand gallery.
When you close a sponsorship on the platform, an invoice is automatically generated by Niusleters. It includes the total sponsorship amount, with the corresponding commission detail.
When closing a sponsorship, you can choose between two payment methods: bank transfer (no additional cost) or card payment through Stripe, with a 3% surcharge for using the gateway. Both options are available from the platform and ensure a secure and transparent process. Newsletters receive their payment via bank transfer once they issue their corresponding invoice.
There is no maximum number of sponsorships you can close through Niusleters. The platform is designed to offer flexibility to brands and newsletters, allowing you to manage as many collaborations as you need.
You can check the status of a transaction in real time by accessing the 'Proposals' section in your Niusleters profile. Here you'll find updated details about the progress and status of all transactions on the platform: whether it's pending response, cancelled, rejected, accepted, pending invoice, pending payment, etc.
