When a proposal isn't for right now: postpone, expire and retake in Niusleters

Not every proposal lands at the perfect moment. Sometimes a brand is a great fit, but your calendar is full for the next two months. Sometimes a conversation stalls and nobody writes back. And sometimes what wasn’t the right moment yesterday is exactly right today.

We have redesigned the whole lifecycle of proposals so that none of those situations ends in a lost opportunity. Three new things: postpone, expire and retake.

Postpone: you’re interested, but later

If you like a proposal but the timing is off, you no longer have to reject it and lose it. Tap “I’m interested, but later” and we hold it for 1, 3 or 6 months.

When the date arrives, we email both parties and ask you to propose a new sponsorship date. What caught your eye stays there, waiting for you, instead of vanishing into the void.

Expire: your inbox always clean

Proposals that stall no longer pile up forever. If one goes 30 days without a response, it closes automatically.

And it won’t catch you off guard: 3 days before, we send you a heads-up email so that, if you’re still interested, you can act in time. No pressure, no sponsorships left hanging on your dashboard.

Retake: what expired can come back

Did a proposal expire but you’re both still interested? No problem. From the sponsorship detail, tap “Retake sponsorship with a new date”, pick a date and we notify the other party to confirm it.

Either party (brand or newsletter) can take the first step. An expired proposal isn’t a “no”. It’s just a “not yet”.
